- Application Specialist - UV Flexography :
Job Summary : Extending technical support to customer to obtain best results using the Company’s UV flexographic ink.
Job Details :
- Understanding the customer’s ( printer’s ) ink requirement with reference to the order received by the printer and to the resources available with the customer.
- Recommending to the customer the product best suitable to provide desired results.
- Assist the customer in applying the product to the required purpose. Troubleshoot wherever necessary.
- Co-ordinating between the customer and the Company’s technical department to ensure that the desired results are actually realised by the customer.
- Assisting the Company’s development department to develop/ customise a suitable product best suited to the customer’s/ end-user’s requirements.
Key skills :
- Good understanding on the colour management and Finger printing techniques, Pre-press systems including latest Hardware & Software's skills required for plate making process, Various substrates including corona treated filmic substrates (like PP, HDPE and PE), Mounting tapes, selection of Anilox Rollers for the job and also identifying the product / UV ink and Over print Varnishes suitability for the specific job requirements.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting during production runs and timely resolving customer’s printing process/ ink related issues.
- Ability to co-ordinate with the Company’s Technical/ R&D Teams and the customer’s production department to develop / customise a product to suit the customer’s specific requirement.
- Experience : Min. 5 years’ hands on experience in UV curable Flexographic printing, with working knowledge/ experience of handling various makes of printing machines like Nilpeter, Heidelberg and rotary screen machines like Stork and Gallus.
- Excellent communication skills.
Candidate should also :
- Be able to co-ordinate with the Company’s sales/ marketing and supply chain/ logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Be willing to travel extensively.

- Sales Executive :
Fujifilm Sericol India manufactures and markets in India the globally successful brand “color+” range of solvent digital inks for wide range of solvent digital printers.
Fujifilm Sericol India has a position for a Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years experience in selling solvent digital inks to grand format / superwide format / wide format printing machines segments. The candidate should have good knowledge of the digital market, have good contacts with end-users and distribution channels to successfully sell the “color+” inks and rapidly grow the sales on countrywide basis.
This job entails extensive travelling all over the country. The position would be based in either Pune or Mumbai.
- Executive - Training & Technical Service:
The job involves imparting training on screen printing to the end users of our product. Ability to offer pre and post sale support in the areas of application, as also to offer technical services and best practice and solutions advice. In terms of time devoted however, the job involves more of close interaction with the technical dept., and also with customers for giving technical support, trouble shooting etc.
The candidates should be Technical Graduates or Printing Technologists with excellent communication skill and three to five years' 'hands on' experience, preferably in screen printing and good knowledge of 4 colour pre-press, having a flair for teaching. Job will involvetravelling within India.
Experience in training will be an added advantage.
The position is based at the Company's factory/ H.O. at Sanaswadi, Pune.
- Business Development Executive/ Manager (Textiles):
FUJIFILM Sericol India manufactures and markets screen printing ink under the brands 'Sunglo' and 'Sericol' and also imports a variety of 'Sericol' inks and markets them in India. Textile printing ink is a main focus area of Sericol's business strategy.
The Candidate should be graduate around 30 years of age, with garment merchandising background and having good contacts with printers, buyers, exporters and leading international and national brands. Garment printing background will be advantageous. Candidate should have his hand on the pulse of current trends in the garment industry.
The job entails managing Sericol's textile products portfolio, developing relationships and keeping close contacts with international and national brands. The position will be responsible for growth and profitability of Sericol's textile business. The job entails travelling all over India.
The candidate should be willing to relocate to Pune as the position is based at Company's factory and H. O. at Sanaswadi, Pune.
